It depends on where you made the purchase, if products were sold and shipped from CA  branch warehouse in US within 3-5 biz days after placing order.  Please contact our local CA office there.

If it's international shipping and sold from our China headquater then it takes 15- 21days to arrive, and the goods will also need to be returned there. Hopefully you can understand that. Thanks.
